Since I joined you in the middle of October, I have seen this team operate with a unified purpose: to enhance the value of your home, elevate the standards of service, and ensure Crystal Point continues to reflect the prestige and sophistication for which it is known throughout Phoenix. The collaboration between our staff, our security partners, and the broader FirstService leadership structure has strengthened operations, improved service consistency, and reinforced our long-term vision for the property.
