Letter to the Owners

Welcome.

I am very proud to introduce you to the crystalpointphoenix.com web-site.  Our site is the culmination of the collaboration of many owners who contributed ideas and suggestions to the informal working group that volunteered to help launch this site.  The group extensively interviewed six web designers before deciding on Moushi and Co. whose talent executed one of the most creative, user-friendly and functional sites for a condominium residence and its HOA that exists anywhere.   

The site is divided into two sections:  The PUBLIC section allows anyone to log on to crystalpointphoenix.com and serves as a marketing and public relations vehicle that showcases our building and community and will offer prospective buyers, their realtors, and sellers a beautiful, in-depth showcase which positions Crystal Point as the most impressive luxury residence tower in The Valley.

The OWNERS’ PORTAL is password protected and provides quick, accurate two-way COMMUNICATION with our building’s managerial, engineering and security personnel to address any and all issues.  The COMMUNITY HUB includes calendars of social events, lounge and guestroom reservation forms, and information about the many amenities we take for granted.  HOA GOVERNANCE permits you easy access to meeting minutes, financial reports, policies, bylaws and rules and regulations.

We will continue to improve and add appropriate elements as we identify benefits for everyone.  I hope you will refer to the Owner’s Portal on a regular basis to maximize your enjoyment of living in Crystal Point, “The Gem Of Urban Luxury In Central Phoenix”.
